​I am a Certified Professional Christian Life Coach.  I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies/Christian Education from John Brown University, a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy (MAFT) and a Master of Arts in Christian Education (MACE) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  I studied at Azusa Pacific University, Oklahoma Baptist University, Quartz Hill School of Theology, and Southeast Oklahoma State University.  I am certified in professional Christian life coaching, Biblical counseling, Post-Traumatic Stress/Crisis and Critical Stress Intervention.  My personal mentors include Dr. Jay Adams, Dr. J. Vernon McGee, and Dr. Frank Minirth.  I am also an ordained minister.

Every day I work with people just like you who have tried to deal with their problems by themselves and nothing is better.  My focus as a Professional Christian Life Coach is to come alongside you and help you deal with the issues facing you in these critical days of monumental and overwhelming change. For nearly two decades I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups from all walks of life and faith experience to navigate through life’s many challenging issues and events, always with a Biblical approach.
